ДОГОВОРЕНОСТИТЕ НА ПАРИЖКАТА КОНФЕРЕНЦИЯ ЗА ОВЛАДЯВАНЕ НА КЛИМАТИЧНИТЕ ПРОМЕНИ И ПОСЛЕДИЦИТЕ ЗА МЕЖДУНАРОДНАТА ТЪРГОВИЯ
Резюме
Климатичните промени са предизвикателство за социално-икономическото развитие на цялото човечество, което изисква усилия за глобално решаване на възникналите проблеми. Осъзнаването на тези идеи стои в основата на постигнатите споразумения по време на 21-та сесия на Конференцията на страните по Рамковата конвенция на ООН за изменение на климата. Наред с договорените механизми и средства за спазването на обвързващи решения правителствата на страните използват и прилагат богат арсенал от средства и механизми, основани на международната търговия и инвестиции, които да допринасят за съществена редукция на парниковите газове. Във връзка с това е изследвано взаимодействието между развитието на екологосъобразни бизнес-дейности, основани на нови технологии и стандарти, и функционирането на търговски и инвестиционни мерки, чрез които в рамките на международния стокообмен се генерират решения в тази насока. Представена е общата картина, разкриваща замърсяването на атмосферата. Направен е ретроспективен анализ, описващ положените усилия за овладяване на негативните последици и в предходни конференции.
