Call for papers

If you would like to propose a topic for a special issue of the journal, please submit a proposal to the editors here. Please introduce the topic and why you think it will be of interest to the scientific community. It would also be helpful to list sample subtopics and potential guest editors. After discussion in the Editorial Board and the International Publishing Board, we will notify you of our decision.
