  Methodological approach to balance the interests in corporate management

  A sophisticated method (technology) to balance the interests of the persons interested in the corporate management is presented herein. Therefore a general step-by-step concept is worked out and a detailed characteristics of the technological stages is provided. The practical requirement and the eventual application of this approach was proven by its approbation in 42 public limited companies. Its relevance is illustrated with typical characteristics on the grounds of the elaborated and analyzed balance of interests of the persons interested in the public limited companies. It was verified, that the main methodological approach enriches the instruments for interest balancing.

  Static and dynamic market disequilibrium

  The static and dynamic market disequilibrium are presented as follows: the Edgeworth box is discussed in order to demonstrate the advantage of the role of negotiations on the market to the tâtonnament role in the Walrasian static equilibrium model. In this context the equilibrium method devised by Marshall is an acceptable solution of the Edgeworth ambiguity. The idea of the static disbalance of Edgeworth is substantiated. This concept is projected in the dynamic perception of the Walras-X. The comment is summed up.

  The effect of the milieu and the financial crisis on the economic stability of the EU Member States

  The impact of international economic relations of the new EU member states are investigated. The trends of their involvement in imports and exports of goods and services are formulated, highlighting the reflection of the crisis on the state of balance of payment. The influence of the capital flows and the external financing on the economic sustainability of the newly member states is evaluated. The inflows and outflows of foreign direct investments are analyzed in view of the balance of payment status as a prerequisite for stability and to determine the effect of the global financial crisis. Conclusions are made on the sustainability of the member states to utilize the integration advantages in their interrelations with other countries and regions.

  Направено е сравнение на два алтернативни методически подхода за оценка на техническата ефективност: анализ с обхват на данни (Data Envelopment Analysis - DEA) и стохастичен пределен анализ (Stochastic Frontier Analysis - SFA). Изследването е базирано на данни за 130 производители, регистрирани в Южен Централен и Югоизточен райони на планиране и членуващи в организации на производители за периода 2005 - 2008 г.

  Очертани са възможностите за реализиране на добро корпоративно управление в публичните корпорации посредством сформиране на специализирани комитети към корпоративните бордове. Разгледана е същността на доброто корпоративно управление, като са предложени три нива за неговото установяване и е определено мястото на корпоративния борд в този процес. Обоснована е необходимостта от създаване на такива комитети и са представени основните видове, които се формират в практиката. Разгледани са изискванията за създаване на одитен комитет в публичните корпорации в България според измененията в Закона за независимия финансов одит от юли 2008 г.
